By docking with Orbitexy Station, you acknowledge acceptance of these operational protocols. Continued presence aboard our platform signifies agreement with all terms specified. Personnel unable to comply with these protocols should initiate undocking procedures.

STATION CLASSIFICATION

Orbitexy operates as a Social Casino station dedicated to free-play entertainment. This is not a gambling facility. No monetary transactions occur within our systems. Virtual credits function as entertainment units with zero real-world value and cannot be converted to any form of currency.

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Station access requires personnel to be eighteen years of age or older. By docking, you certify meeting this age requirement. Falsification of access credentials constitutes grounds for immediate departure.

VIRTUAL CREDIT PARAMETERS

All credits, tokens, and points within Orbitexy modules exist as virtual constructs. These elements:

  • Possess no monetary value in any system
  • Cannot be purchased or converted to currency
  • Cannot transfer between station personnel
  • Exist only within gaming modules
  • May be recalibrated at command discretion

CONDUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Personnel aboard Orbitexy agree to operate within acceptable parameters. Prohibited activities include system tampering, exploitation of module vulnerabilities, deployment of automated interaction protocols, or any behavior that compromises station integrity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All visual elements, code architecture, written documentation, and design specifications comprising Orbitexy represent protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any station component is prohibited.

SERVICE CONTINUITY

Orbitexy endeavors to maintain continuous station operations. However, we provide no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service. Maintenance cycles, system updates, or unforeseen circumstances may require temporary station closure.

LIABILITY PARAMETERS

Orbitexy provides entertainment without warranty specifications. Personnel dock at their own discretion, accepting that experiences are subjective and outcomes carry no material consequences.
